The salesperson, Vaani, who helped us was really really nice. We spent like more than an hour here and she still helped us with the whole time without her smile vanishing off her face. You can tell she’s really passionate and sincere about her job. :) really really good service and products

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel welcomed. Throughout my visit, Vaani demonstrated exceptional attentiveness—she listened carefully to what I was looking for, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and showed a deep knowledge of the products. My wife and I just had a 5 star customer service experience at L'Occitane Emporium. We were looked after by Vaani who was so kind and helpful. She helped us pick out the perfect gifts for my mum's birthday and then wrapped it beautifully for us.

Excellent service with a warm and wonderful vibe. Staff are excellent and holds expert knowledge of all in-house products. We were served by Nimaa, Vaani and Duyen. At no point were we rushed or pushed to buy any of the products. As soon as we entered they made us feel comfortable and at ease. My sister and I walked out happy and confident with our purchases. Beautiful store with the best staff.
